
Lead, Digital Sales

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and tracking daily lead generation and acquisition activities.
- Help improve the quality of leads and support optimization efforts to increase conversions.
- Support in preparing reports and dashboards using Salesforce and Google Sheets.
- Create clear and engaging presentations for internal reviews and reporting.
- Handle ad-hoc data and process requests related to Salesforce from other departments.
- Maintain SOPs and assist in ensuring consistent execution of digital sales processes.
- Identify small process gaps and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
- Coordinate with different teams like marketing, product, and operations when needed to support ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor progress metrics and support the team in achieving key goals.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital sales, process design, or lead management, ideally in e-commerce or food delivery.
- A proven ability to apply digital sales strategies and use related tools effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with different teams.
