We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our cold calling efforts and drive consistent results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in closing clients for digital marketing services in the USA.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading outbound cold calling campaigns targeting USA-based SMBs, pitching and closing digital marketing services, managing and training sales reps (SDRs), and setting targets, tracking KPIs, and driving consistent results. They will work closely with our marketing and onboarding teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of cold calling and sales experience in digital marketing (USA market)
  • Fluent spoken English (neutral or American accent)
  • Strong closing skills and ability to handle objections
  • Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO
  • Comfortable working USA hours (EST or PST)
