Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify and develop new business leads/ prospects
  • Stay updated with customer demand trends and requirements and provide this information to the Commercial department to develop best deals for customer value proposition
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and customer relationship targets
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • Developing corporate sales team
  • Negotiate contracts/ deals with the customers
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment of customers
  • Collect feedback and share reports with the management
Job Specification

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • At least 2 years of corporate sales experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
