Description:

We're a growing digital agency launching a brand-new Upwork profile—and we need your expert bidding skills to kickstart our success If you're a seasoned Upwork bidder who can write winning proposals, secure consistent projects, and help us scale fast, we want you on our Karachi team.

Role:
  • Senior Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Expert
Timings:
  • 07:00 PM – 04:00 AM (Night Shift, PKT)
Compensation:
  • Commission-based—the more you win, the more you earn
Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify high-potential jobs in web development, design, SEO, and digital marketing
  • Write and submit fully customized, persuasive proposals on Upwork
  • Apply promptly to new opportunities and manage connects efficiently
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with leads and prospects
  • Coordinate with our team for smooth project handoff and delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of proven Upwork bidding experience
  • Exceptional written English and persuasive communication skills
  • Deep understanding of freelancing platforms and services (web dev, design, SEO, etc.)
  • Ability to work night shifts (07:00 PM – 04:00 AM PKT) onsite in Karachi
  • Track record of consistently hitting or surpassing bidding targets
