The Product Owner is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You will be heavily involved in the preparation, planning, and execution of Product Features. This role contributes to defining and improving products, enabling development teams, and validating team deliverables.

We provide Video Content Management systems to Fortune 5000 companies and Governments worldwide. Recognized in Gartner's Magic Quadrant and IDC MarketScape for Digital Evidence Management, VIDIZMO products include EnterpriseTube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). VIDIZMO DEMS helps public safety organizations store, manage, process, and digitize evidence. EnterpriseTube enables delivery of Live and On-Demand Video Streaming, multimedia content sharing, and Video and Audio Analysis using AI.

Job Responsibilities
  • Define Vision and Product Roadmap with input from Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success Teams.
  • Break down and expand Product Vision into Epics, Features, and User Stories with Definition of Done.
  • Prioritize Epics, Features, and User Stories aligned with Business Goals and Impact.
  • Support existing customers and prospects by prioritizing defects or new features, collaborating with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Work with Engineering to estimate Story Points or Level of Effort (LOE).
  • Track progress and provide visibility to team efforts.
  • Organize Show & Tell sessions, perform reviews, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
  • Write articles about new features and improvements for both Business and Technical audiences.
  • Demonstrate and evangelize new product features to Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead Product Analysts by setting standards, processes, and procedures; hire and mentor team members.
  • Lead SCRUM ceremonies including Planning, Daily SCRUM, Review, and Retrospective.
  • Implement and promote Agile Release Train methodology.
Required Skills
  • Understanding of both Business and Technical aspects of the product.
  • Decision-making, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • Planning and forecasting capabilities.
  • Technical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong comprehension.
  • Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience as a Project Manager or Product Owner.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
  • Strong collaboration and team-working skills.
  • Experience working within SCRUM or other Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to influence change and lead by example.
