Job Description: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads and identify potential customers in the accounting industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
3. Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our agricultural products and services.
4. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
5. Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
6. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
9. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions to the Sales Manager.
1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
3. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
4. Good knowledge of the accounting industry and an understanding of agricultural products.
5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
