Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Lahore District for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing growth strategies, and conducting market research. The role involves collaborating with various departments to achieve business objectives and targeting potential clients to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and business networking
  • Experience in developing and implementing business development strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus
