Job Overview:

The Project and Client Onboarding Associate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our clients and managing various projects to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they are set up for success and understand how to use our software effectively.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and meet client expectations.
  • Client Support: Provide support to clients during the onboarding phase and address any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, support, and product development, to ensure seamless onboarding and project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the onboarding and project management processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in project management and client onboarding, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency with project management tools and software.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
