About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position responsible for managing new and existing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and retention. As a Technical Account Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the onboarding process, and providing training and education to ensure they get the most out of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their advocate within our organization.
  • Customer Advocacy: Gather feedback from clients through surveys, interviews, and regular check-ins to drive product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Training and Education: Provide comprehensive training sessions and educational resources to ensure clients understand how to use our product effectively.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate and address client issues or concerns before they escalate, proactively reaching out to offer assistance and share best practices.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all touch points.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and provide support.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Experience in Customer Service: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Tools: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools, including ticket management, service management, SLAs/escalation policies.
