The AI/ML Engineer is responsible for driving innovation, leading AI research and development, and implementing cutting-edge machine learning solutions to enhance business operations and customer experiences. This role combines strategic vision, hands-on technical expertise, and leadership to ensure the successful deployment of AI-driven solutions.

AI/ML Research & Development

• Design, train, and evaluate deep learning architectures, including CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and transformer-based models.
• Develop and deploy generative AI-based solutions for content search, recommendation engines, and service orchestration.
• Implement and optimize AI frameworks to ensure efficient model training and deployment.
  
  

Product Innovation & Data Science Strategy

• Develop AI/ML-based accelerators and frameworks to optimize operations and enhance customer solutions.
• Drive the roadmap for AI initiatives, ensuring the adoption of scalable and efficient machine learning models.
• Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge in digital transformation.
  
  

Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide teams on machine learning best practices, generative AI, and model deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into production.
• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the AI/ML team.
  
  

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Partner with senior executives, product managers, and engineering teams to define AI strategies.
• Engage with customers to identify AI-driven opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Present AI/ML advancements and business impact to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  
  

What You Know

• 4+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
• Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, and Java.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.).
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and embeddings-based search.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed AI systems.
• Hands-on experience in natural language processing, generative AI models, and computer vision.
• Proven track record of developing AI/ML solutions from research to production.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native AI model deployment.
