We are seeking a results-driven Director of Operations – Amazon Wholesale to lead and manage our wholesale operations at The Velociters. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, operational expertise, and proven experience in Amazon FBA Wholesale and Seller Central. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing procurement and supply chain functions, and overseeing a high-performance team to achieve growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the Amazon Wholesale operations team
Manage procurement processes: sourcing, negotiating, and maintaining supplier relationships
Oversee inventory planning and supply chain operations to ensure stock efficiency and accuracy
Handle Amazon Seller Central operations, including product listings, pricing, order management, and issue resolution
Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring strict compliance with Amazon FBA policies
Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to streamline operations and drive growth
Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose strategic improvements
Mentor and coach team members to ensure high performance and continuous development

Qualifications:

4–6 years of experience in Amazon Wholesale operations
Proven leadership or team management experience is essential
In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA processes, Seller Central, and sourcing strategies
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departments and suppliers
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
