About The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to architect and implement workflows, integrations, and systems that translate AI solutions into large-scale, production-ready platforms.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement end-to-end workflows that integrate AI models into existing platforms.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to transition prototypes into high-availability production systems.
  • Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and containerized solutions for deployment and scaling.
  • Optimize system performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in cloud environments (AWS).
  • Work with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and success metrics.
  • Present complex technical concepts and progress updates to technical and non-technical audiences.
What You'll NeedEducation & Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on architecting and scaling complex systems.
Technical Proficiency
  • Programming Languages: Python, Java.
  • Microservices & APIs: Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs, event-driven architectures, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Cloud & DevOps: Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, AWS.
  • Data Integration & Workflow: Familiarity with Kafka and data sources.
Soft Skills
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with AI teams, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills, including technical documentation.
Nice-to-Have
  • Exposure to AI/ML concepts, experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience with high-volume, real-time data processing.
