Job Title: HR Manager | Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Account Manager / Sales Account ExecutiveWe are seeking a Key Account Manager/Sales Account Executive to offer Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and backup solutions. The role involves engaging with c-level executives in the IT industry, mainly in the US and Canada, to meet project requirements using excellent presentation, communication, product knowledge, sales, and team leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Engage actively in sales, pre-sales, solutions, and product offerings activities.
- Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing clients.
- Deliver technical presentations confidently during online sales meetings.
- Build and maintain productive relationships internally and externally, focusing on teamwork and keeping colleagues updated.
- Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical details.
- Coordinate documentation, datasheets, and catalogs with clients.
- Follow up diligently with clients to close deals.
- Have a basic understanding of computer hardware components.
- Experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Knowledge of Data Center solutions is a plus.
- Be a sales-oriented professional with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to sell IT products to clients in the US and Canada.
- Understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backup appliances.
- Package and price services/products according to client needs.
- Demonstrate success in meeting sales targets.
- Convert leads into opportunities and close sales efficiently.
- Build a pipeline with quality leads and foster client relationships to gain confidence.
- Show interest and understanding of the IT industry.
- Experience selling to C-level and D-level executives.
- Maintain a positive, solution-oriented, team player attitude with a good sense of humor.
- Be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Coordinate and conduct product training sessions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in B2B IT product sales in US, Canada, and EU markets.
- Strong selling, closing, presentation, technical, leadership, and team management skills.
