Job Title: CSR / Frontier / Telesales Executive

Location: DHA 2, Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)

Department: Sales & Customer Service

Role Description:

We are looking for energetic, motivated, and goal-oriented Telesales Executives (CSR/Frontier) to join our Islamabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Making outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Pitching products or services to prospective clients.
  • Generating qualified leads and converting them into sales.
  • Providing exceptional customer support and after-sales service.
  • Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate data of all interactions and transactions.
  • Following up with leads and ensuring timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls and handle inbound customer queries.
  • Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM or call-tracking software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on targets and strategies.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and promotional offers.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong skills in lead generation, persuasion, and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas.
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred).
