Job Description:

In HPE's Hybrid Cloud division, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. We work with customers to reimagine their IT needs, delivering simple, consumable solutions that drive business results. Join us to redefine what's next for you.

Job Family Definition:

Designs, plans, develops, and manages a product or portfolio throughout its lifecycle—from new product definition or enhancements to existing products, planning, design, forecasting, production, to end of life.

Management Level Definition:

Contributes by applying subject matter expertise to solve technical problems and recommend solutions. May act as a project lead and assist lower-level professionals. Exercises independent judgment and consults with others to determine the best approach for achieving objectives.

What you'll do:

• Lead and drive the end-to-end strategy and operational product roadmap.
• Define value proposition, target customer segments, and business case for innovative products.
• Synthesize market requirements into customer and marketing details, leveraging customer knowledge and industry acumen.
• Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases.
• Create goal alignment and collaborate across value chain partners to optimize margins and enable product success.

What you need to bring:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Technical industry knowledge and understanding.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to develop product strategy and lead teams.
• Skills in cost-efficient solution building and financial analysis.
• Business acumen and problem detection skills.
• Technical knowledge of the industry and ability to train teams.
