- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive and professional relationships.
- Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to the internal team.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns, meeting client expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and develop innovative strategies for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance by analyzing data and metrics.
- Address client concerns or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, highlighting their campaign progress.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, providing valuable insights to clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in the marketing and advertising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications or additional courses in client servicing would be a plus.
