Deputy Manager QA - Mechanical Machine Shop

Handle customer complaints, customer feedback, customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop Quality Acceptance Standard Criteria
  • Ensure Inspection or Testing of incoming material through QA team as per defined quality parameters
  • Ensure Quality Assurance Inspection at every stage of the manufacturing at machine shops through respective QA team
  • Review the quality approval and rejection reports
  • Evaluate the final products (when required) and ensure the variations are within the approved tolerance level and make sure defect free product.
  • Root cause analysis of rejection and corrective and preventive measure approach. Standardization of product and processes.
  • Quality Assurance Certifications, Calibration & Documentation.
  • Take up the issues highlighted by the QA staff of foundries and machine shops and follow up on NCRs with concerned section heads to ensure that remedial action is taken and the problem does not get repeated in future.
