Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational team of NRC to achieve set goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement NRC's approved strategies to advance ICAP's interests in the Northern Region.
  • Cultivate solid relationships with members, regulatory bodies, students, and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Organize and manage seminars, conferences, and workshops to support professional development and networking.
  • Oversee the financial activities of NRC, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Prepare regular reports on committee activities, achievements, and challenges, as well as managing secretarial responsibilities.
Job Specifications
  • The candidate should have MS or Masters in Marketing/Finance from an HEC recognized university or should have completed articleship and be CAF Qualified or ACMA.
  • Possess at least 04 to 06 years of working experience within reputable organizations in managing stakeholder engagement and leading teams.
  • Familiarity with accounting regulatory frameworks and compliance shall be preferred.
  • The ideal candidate should be able to plan initiatives with a proven track record of executing successful events and managing marketing activities in their previous experience(s).
