Target Market
Property developers, construction companies, and real estate firms wanting to sell their properties as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Territory Domination: Execute door-to-door sales strategy targeting 500+ property developers across Lahore
- Conduct compelling on-site demonstrations showing how ATLAS outperforms traditional lead management
- Build relationships with C-level executives, sales directors, and marketing heads at development firms
- Present ROI case studies: how our Dubai clients reduced acquisition costs by 98%
- Demonstrate live WhatsApp conversations between ATLAS and prospects in real-time
- Show developers how to capture the 65% of inquiries that come after hours
- Position against Zameen.com's static listings with our intelligent, conversational AI
Revenue Generation
- Target: PKR 15M+ in annual sales (25+ enterprise clients at avg. PKR 600K each)
- Commission Structure: 20% on all closed deals + performance bonuses
- Close deals ranging from PKR 390K (basic) to PKR 750K (premium) packages
- Maintain 90%+ client retention through exceptional onboarding and support
- Identify which developers are struggling with lead leakage and slow response times
- Gather competitive intelligence on existing CRM/lead management solutions
- Provide product feedback for Pakistan-specific features and integrations
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record of closing deals worth PKR 1M+ consistently
- Experience with consultative selling and complex sales cycles
- Demonstrated ability to exceed quotas by 20%+ annually
Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Pakistan's real estate development landscape
- Existing relationships with property developers, construction firms, or real estate agencies preferred
- Knowledge of how developers currently manage leads from Zameen, OLX, social media
- Understanding of typical sales challenges: slow response times, lead leakage, poor follow-up
Technical & Communication
- Ability to demonstrate SaaS/AI technology solutions convincingly
- Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, and basic tech integrations
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct boardroom-level demos
- Fluency in English and Urdu; ability to discuss ROI metrics and technical concepts clearly

COMPENSATION
Earning Potential
- Base Salary: Based on experience.
- Commission: 7-10% on all closed deals
- Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses for exceeding targets
