Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive (Onsite – Islamabad)

Sterlings Tech is a fast-growing software house specializing in Full Stack Development and UI/UX Design. We're on the lookout for a dynamic, proactive, and results-oriented Junior Business Development Executive with at least 6 months of experience who can help scale our client acquisition efforts and strengthen our business network.

Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored for IT clients

Research market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies

Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients and partners

Coordinate closely with the tech and design teams to understand service offerings (Web Development, Mobile Apps, UI/UX, etc.)

Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate records of leads and client communication

Actively participate in strategy meetings and contribute ideas for business growth

Minimum 6 months of experience in business development or sales in the tech/software industry

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Strong understanding of software services and a genuine interest in the IT domain

Tech-savvy with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

Proactive, self-motivated, and confident in client interactions

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills

Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

Candidates from Islamabad/Rawalpindi are highly preferred
