Job Description :

Role Overview

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects related to our brand expansion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, supply chain, and retail operations, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.
