Project Coordination Role

We are seeking an experienced project coordinator to lead the implementation of our projects at customer sites. This includes coordinating and organizing all activities associated with installation, implementation, and testing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution according to the planned schedule, cost, and quality.

  • Prepare and maintain a detailed project plan.
  • Schedule and allocate project activities.
  • Monitor project costs, schedules, and quality.
  • Coordinate project resources and ensure their availability.
  • Analyze project metrics and forward issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Report project status regularly to top management and customers.
  • Communicate project issues and major accomplishments to clients.
  • Identify tools, standards, and guidelines suitable for the project.
  • Develop training plans for team members.
  • Review and explain team performance.
  • Track problems and issues to closure.
  • Ensure corrective actions for defects reported during reviews and tests.
