Azaan Business Palace FZCO is looking to onboard detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in accounting operations using Tally. This is an onsite, full time role based in EME Sector Lahore. The Account Executive will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, including expense and receipt entries, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain expense entries related to local and regional sales.
  • Post receipt entries on an individual customer basis upon receiving internal confirmations.
  • Manage and post entries from operations groups across multiple regions.
  • Maintain updated records with supporting documents on cloud storage platforms.
  • Process and record payments and receipts with appropriate documentation.
  • Reconcile various cash, customer, and bank ledgers regularly.
  • Prepare financial reports, including snapshot summaries, stock reports, and personal account summaries.
  • Assist in VAT filing and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
  • Prepare quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements along with notes to the statements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA Hons); MBA or ACCA preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably using Tally software.
  • Proficient in financial reconciliation and ledger management.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Monday to Saturday

10:00 am to 7:00 pm
