RobustVA is growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Account Executive to join us onsite at our Gulberg office. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, selling our top-tier Virtual Assistant (VA) services to businesses worldwide.

We're Hiring: Sales Account Executive (Onsite – Full Sales Cycle)

RobustVA is growing fast, and we're looking for a Sales Account Executive to join us onsite at our Gulberg office. You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, selling our top-tier Virtual Assistant (VA) services to businesses worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Own the full sales process: cold outreach, discovery, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Identify and engage potential clients needing remote staffing support
  • Present VA service packages tailored to client needs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
  • Hit monthly targets and contribute to overall team growth
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or service-based sales
  • Confident, persuasive communicator (spoken and written)
  • Results-driven with a hunger to close deals
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: 5% per closed lead
  • On-site work environment with career growth opportunities
Location:
  • Main Boulevard, Gulberg, Lahore (Onsite – Monday to Friday 6:00 pm to 3 am Pakistan time)
