
Front Sales Executive

Digital Auxilius (DAX) is looking for dynamic and results-driven Front Sales Representatives to join our team. With an increasing number of inbound leads from the US market for IT services, we need professionals who can effectively engage potential clients, convert them into customers, and drive business growth. If you have a passion for sales, a persuasive communication style, and a track record of closing deals, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively reach out to potential US-based clients via phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Engage, nurture, and convert leads by effectively presenting and promoting IT services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably with US clients.
- Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.
- IT services industry knowledge or prior experience is a plus.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building rapport.
- Experience in selling IT solutions or services to international clients.
- Knowledge of lead conversion techniques and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and digital outreach strategies.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
