Project Manager & Sales Lead @ Agentum AI | Driving CRM Automation

The ideal candidate has experience in all stages of the sales funnel, including research, outreach, cold calling, proposal, and closing deals. You should be able to convert cold prospects into active clients and maintain engagement with current clients through clear follow-ups. Strong writing and negotiation skills are essential; Meta marketing specialization or certification is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and freelance platforms.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and log updates in the CRM daily.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline: research, outreach, proposal, and closing.
  • Analyze markets to identify new verticals or competitive advantages.
  • Track weekly metrics such as leads sourced, calls made, proposals sent, and deals closed to meet targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in final year) in Business, Marketing, CS, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, cold calling, or project bidding.
  • Proven ability to close small to mid-size deals or freelance projects.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and online proposal platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn Services) is preferred.
  • Meta Blueprint certification or hands-on Meta Ads experience is a major advantage.
  • Eagerness to learn about AI, SaaS, and automation solutions.
