We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Upwork, PPH & Fiverr Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork, PPH & Fiverr by submitting quality proposals, communicating effectively with clients, and securing new projects for the company.Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively search, identify, and bid on potential projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized and persuasive proposals based on client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients professionally to understand project requirements.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads by following up with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budget with clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to ensure accurate project estimation before bidding.
  • Maintain records of bids, proposals, and client communications.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience on Upwork, PPH & Fiverr.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Good understanding of Branding, software solutions, web & mobile development, and digital marketing.
  • Ability to identify potential clients and craft proposals tailored to their requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
