Coincept Solutions is looking for an experienced business development executive with at least 1 year experience in online sales and marketing.

We are a web development agency and therefore, we're looking for someone who has experience in website designing and development.

Payment structure will consist of a basic salary + Commission on closed deals.

Job Specification

Perfect written and spoken English is a MUST. Candidates who do not have these skills should NOT APPLY at all as all our clients are US and Europe based.

The job will require you to:

  1. Bid on projects on freelance websites such as Elance, Guru, Odesk, People per Hour, and Freelancer.com.
  2. Communicate with the client to understand their needs and based on that, quote a price to the client.
  3. Close the deal.
  4. Define the scope of the project.
  5. Work as an Account Manager to ensure timely payments and project completion within the scope of work.
  6. Build long-term business relations with clients for repeat work.
