About the job: Operations Associate (Hybrid - Lahore)

We're hiring for an Operations Associate (Hybrid - Lahore).

Client Company Introduction:

The company is a leading on-demand consumer-generated content platform. Our mission is to enable brands and retailers to source consumer-generated content on-demand, including rich visual and written product content that reflects the diverse multicultural society. Our clients include America's leading retailers Walmart and Target.

Our leadership and sales teams are based in NYC, USA, and Toronto, Canada. Our tech and operations teams are based in Lahore, Pakistan.

As an Operations Associate, you will work directly with our COO to execute and complete client campaigns in a timely manner. This is a fast-growth opportunity. You will receive ongoing support and training but should already be highly competent and capable of adding value from day one. We value passion, collaboration, and positive energy. Responsibilities:

  • Report to the COO and oversee all functions related to campaign execution.
  • Manage a range of campaigns and initiatives, including data analysis and operational strategy.
  • Research and apply critical and creative thinking to engage community members.
  • Maintain operational records, documentation, and weekly meeting deliverables.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate issues to management, prioritize tasks, and execute to balance business needs with community constraints while ensuring quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization.
  • Communicate relevant campaign information effectively to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of operational experience in a tech-related company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and recommendations.
  • Logical problem-solving skills for strategic thinking and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Drive, especially Google Sheets.
  • Open-mindedness and a can-do attitude.
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills.

Skills:

  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and management skills.
  • Analytical and creative mindset with strong design thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management, design, and release tools used in the software industry.
  • Understanding of software development is a plus but not required.

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM

Job Mode: Hybrid
