The Team Leader for Call Center Sales is responsible for supervising, motivating, and guiding a team of sales agents to achieve performance targets and exceed KPIs. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer interactions, driving sales growth, and maintaining an engaging and positive team environment.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
Supervise and manage a team of sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure team members are meeting or exceeding KPI.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address concerns.
Develop and implement strategies to boost team performance and meet sales objectives.
Analyze sales trends and identify areas for improvement to achieve KPIs.
Ensure the team adheres to sales scripts and standard operating procedures.
Provide training and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify knowledge gaps and conduct regular refresher training sessions.
Consistently track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
Take proactive measures to address any shortfalls in KPI performance.
Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the management team.
Ensure the team complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Monitor calls and review sales processes for quality assurance.
*Experience:*
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in a sales or call center environment, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
Preferred Skills / Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
