About the Position:

Zameen.com is looking to hire an experienced professional for its 'Assistant Sales Manager - Classified Sales' post based at Peshawar. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to advance his career in Zameen.com's Sales team that is changing the real estate landscape in Pakistan. The position requires one to have excellent communication skills along with good business acumen and sound understanding of the real estate industry.

Job Description:

  1. Responsible to deal with real estate agencies in the area/ region
  2. Handling accounts of onboarded real estate agencies at Zameen.com
  3. Responsible for periodic client visits, giving demonstrations, and closing deals
  4. Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  5. Fostering long-term strategic partnerships with clients through superior customer service
  6. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  7. Responsible for meeting potential clients, conducting client profiling and pitching appropriate products

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business/ Marketing
  2. Experience: 1-2 years in Sales/ Business Development
  3. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Negotiation, active listening and problem-solving skills
  6. Willingness to travel
