Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Remote (Pakistan-based)

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT (Aligned with US business hours)

Experience Required: 5–7+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our remote team in Pakistan. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, and data architecture, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems (recommendation systems, forecasting, classification, etc.)
  • Collaborate with data engineers and product managers to define data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing
  • Design scalable data science pipelines and integrate models into production environments
  • Communicate insights and results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Continuously monitor model performance and suggest improvements
  • Explore new algorithms and techniques to improve current systems

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning roles
  • Strong experience with Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and/or TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • Deep understanding of statistical modeling, supervised/unsupervised learning, and feature engineering
  • Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present data-driven decisions
  • Comfortable working remotely during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with time-series forecasting, NLP, or recommender systems
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
  • Previous work with US-based companies or remote, international teams
  • Knowledge of data versioning and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC)
