We are looking for an experienced Web3 Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead content strategy, social media engagement, partnerships, and brand positioning. This role requires a dynamic marketer with deep knowledge of blockchain, NFTs, and decentralized technology —someone capable of creating compelling narratives and driving community engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Creation : Write, edit, and manage daily social media posts, newsletters, and blog articles that resonate with the Web3 audience.

- Social Media Management : Handle official brand profiles across Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, and Telegram, ensuring consistent messaging and active community engagement.

- Partnership & Collaborations : Work closely with the management and development teams to coordinate cross-promotional campaigns, partnerships, and strategic collaborations within the Web3 space.

- AI-Driven Marketing : Utilize AI tools like **Midjourney, ChatGPT**, and **other generative AI platforms** to enhance content creation and marketing automation.

- Design Proficiency : Collaborate with designers to develop compelling visuals, while also having independent design skills to create marketing assets as needed.

- Figma Expertise : Strong ability to use **Figma** for designing marketing materials, campaign visuals, and brand assets with efficiency and creativity.

- Notion Proficiency : Deep understanding of **Notion** for organizing marketing plans, tracking campaigns, and collaborating on content calendars.

- Marketing Events & Scheduling : Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, community meetups, and Web3 industry events.

- Growth & Strategy : Analyze engagement metrics, refine content strategies, and optimize brand outreach to drive organic growth in the crypto and blockchain space.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in social media marketing & content creation
• Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, DAOs, and NFTs
• Proven track record managing social media accounts in a Web3 or crypto-related industry
• Experience in partnership building and marketing collaborations
• Proficiency in content writing, copywriting, and SEO optimization
• Deep expertise in Figma for designing marketing assets
• Advanced proficiency in Notion for marketing workflow management
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools like Midjourney, OpenAI GPT models, DALL· E
• Strong communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving decentralized ecosystem

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required )

• Established connections within the Web3 space, including influencers, projects, or VC-backed startups
• Experience with cross-chain marketing or blockchain integrations
• Knowledge of tokenomics, staking incentives, or governance frameworks
• Prior work on community-building initiatives for crypto startups
• Ability to communicate marketing insights using data-driven reports
• Strong knowledge of Discord moderation & engagement strategies
