Role Description

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Islāmābād, Pakistan. The Sales Executive will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, conducting market analysis, preparing documents, and providing excellent client support. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, promoting and selling property listings, negotiating deals, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Executive will be expected to collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in client relationship management, negotiation skills, and customer support
  • Knowledge of Comparative Market Analysis, and Total Market Overview
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in document preparation and legal cover provision
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
