Job Description:

As a Sales Executive specializing in high-rise projects at Almaymaar, you will play a key role in generating leads, driving sales, and expanding our client base. Your expertise in email marketing and exceptional communication skills will be critical in promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and build a strong client base for our high-rise residential and commercial properties.
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to attract and engage potential buyers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing accurate information and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our projects.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry, preferably with high-rise projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
