Role Overview

We are looking for a junior HR Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full spectrum of HR while having a strong understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition . You'll play a critical role in supporting our people operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and helping us attract, engage, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Employer Branding Support

  • Assist in scheduling social media posts and maintain calendar
  • Track engagement metrics for employer branding posts and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate and follow up with the design team to compile the visuals as per brief
  • Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance employer branding efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of internal/external employer branding events
What You'll Do
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.

  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and policy implementation.

  • Support engagement initiatives to foster a positive employee experience.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Drive process improvements across HR to make workflows more efficient and scalable.
Required Skills
  • 1-3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, and compliance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.

  • Proficiency in using HR systems, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
