Primehr is Hiring for one of its Leading International Client
Position: HR Generalist/ HR Executive (Officer - People Services)
Location: Blue Area Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:· Onboarding & Offboarding Management·
Design, implement, and improve onboarding/offboarding workflows.
Ensure smooth handovers, system access, document processing, and exit interviews.·
Team Supervision & Support· Supervise the People Services team, assign tasks, offer guidance, and ensure timely execution.·
Process Improvement & Digital Transformation· Streamline HR processes, introduce automation (MS365 HR Module), and manage employee records digitally.
-Well acquainted with Oracle, especially Oracle Fusion & MS Office specially Excel·
Liaise with payroll, IT, office management, and government relations teams for seamless employee transitions.
· Customer Experience· Act as a frontline representative; provide consultancy to new hires and resolve complaints diplomatically.
· Training & Development
Qualifications: Bachelors in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
5+ years in HR (Executive or Generalist level).Well acquainted with Oracle, especially Oracle Fusion & MS Office specially Excel.
Experience in bulk Hiring- Blue and white collar employee.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage confidential data and high-pressure situations professionally.
