Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Prospecting Specialist located in Islamabad. The Prospecting Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients through various communication channels, and maintaining a comprehensive database of prospects. This role entails collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective outreach strategies. The Prospecting Specialist will also track lead progression and analyze the effectiveness of prospecting activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to C-level executives and decision-makers across industries (pharma, energy, finance, etc.)
  • Follow lead sheets, call scripts, and conversation flows provided by the marketing and sales teams
  • Qualify interest and pass leads to Business Development Representatives (BDRs) or senior sales
  • Gather and update lead information (company size, decision-maker name, interest level, etc.)
  • Schedule follow-up appointments or calls where applicable
  • Maintain call logs, disposition outcomes, and feedback into CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, )

Required Experience & Skills

  • 1–3 years of outbound calling experience (preferably B2B or event sales)
  • Clear, confident English communication (neutral or British/European accent preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and call tracking tools (e.g., Aircall, JustCall)
  • High energy, persistence, and ability to handle objections gracefully
  • Comfortable speaking with senior-level professionals

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the events/conference industry
  • Exposure to lead sourcing or LinkedIn prospecting
