Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist located in various cities of Pakistan; Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, and other key locations with some work-from-home options available. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate and trade customers and generating leads from assigned jurisdictions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive growth.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of Umrah Travel sector experience is a must

Lead Generation and Market Knowledge

  • Strong Relationship Management
  • Good Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in business development or related fields is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
