iTack Solutions is hiring a Technical Customer Support Specialist to support our growing base of ERP clients. This role involves troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating technical and functional ERP issues while ensuring high-quality client support.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP platforms, a strong understanding of SQL, and confidence in managing deployments, patch fixes, and database configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support for ERP systems via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose system errors, bugs, and configuration issues.
- Support ERP deployments, patch fixes, and database configurations.
- Help clients with data migration, user access, and initial setup.
- Collaborate with internal teams (QA, Dev, Implementation) to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate ticket logs and ensure resolution within SLA.
- Prepare documentation, FAQs, and support materials for recurring queries.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Solid understanding of ERP modules (Accounting, HR, Inventory, Payroll).
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE Insert, Update, Delete).
- Familiar with server-side tasks like ERP deployment, patch fixing, and DB setup.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
