We're Hiring: Head of Administration – Grand City Arifwala

Preference: Retired Armed Forces Officer (Lt. Col / Col level) with housing society experience

Grand City Arifwala is seeking a seasoned and disciplined professional to lead all administrative, operational, and security functions at its fast-growing housing project. This role is ideal for a retired Army officer with prior experience in the administration of housing societies such as DHA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration department, including site office and staff operations
  • Manage the security department, ensuring vigilance, discipline, and coordination with law enforcement where needed
  • Supervise all maintenance, facility management, transport, janitorial, and support staff activities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the local mess, ensuring hygiene, discipline, and service standards
  • Handle all regulatory and compliance matters, including documentation, local authority interactions, and NOCs
  • Represent the organization in dealings with district management, municipal bodies, and community stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships and resolve issues with landowners and local community representatives
  • Enforce site-level SOPs, safety standards, and a culture of accountability
  • Report directly to the Project Director and General Manager (Operations)

Requirements:

  • Retired Armed Forces Officer (Lt. Col / Col rank preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of post-retirement experience in an administrative role within a housing society
  • Must have worked with or managed operations in DHA or similar housing schemes
  • Strong understanding of local administrative systems and regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and crisis management skills
