Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Auditor to assess financial records, operational processes, and internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The Auditor will conduct audits, identify risks, and provide recommendations to improve financial integrity and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:Financial Audits:
  1. Examine financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
  2. Review financial transactions, ledgers, and records for discrepancies or fraud.
  3. Conduct risk assessments and develop audit plans.
Operational & Internal Audits:
  1. Evaluate internal controls, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  2. Identify weaknesses in control systems and recommend improvements.
  3. Assess business risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Compliance & Risk Management:
  1. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
  2. Conduct fraud investigations and report findings.
  3. Assist in implementing risk management strategies.
Reporting & Documentation:
  1. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  2. Present audit results to management and stakeholders.
  3. Maintain proper documentation of audit work and evidence.
Qualifications & Skills:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CIA, or CISA certification is preferred.
  2. Experience: [X] years of experience in auditing, accounting, or financial analysis.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in auditing software, accounting principles, and Microsoft Excel.
  4. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  5. Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors, inconsistencies, and risks.
Work Environment:
  1. Office setting with occasional travel for audits.
  2. Collaboration with finance, compliance, and management teams.
