Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance and a Postgraduate Diploma in the same field, along with certifications like Lead Auditor QMS, EMS, OHSAS.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our quality assurance efforts, streamlining workflows and ensuring continuous improvement of healthcare quality and safety.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining our Quality Manual (QM) and Quality System Procedures (QSP), adhering to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Key responsibilities include compiling Joint Commission Accreditation (JCI) Policy and Procedures under supervision, as well as coordinating the development of departmental Standard Operating Procedures/Work Instructions/Protocols/Manuals/Plans/Policies according to ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to provide guidance on developing quality objectives and performance indicators as per ISO 9001:2015.
  • Maintaining Quality Management System documentation and records is also an essential part of this role.
  • The selected candidate will participate in planning, development, coordination, and presentation of specific trainings and educational programs as assigned by the Principal/Director.
  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as the incumbent will conduct root cause analysis of incidents/non-compliances & observations of internal/external audit under supervision of Assistant Director/Senior Manager.
  • Frequent monitoring and reporting of non-compliances/observations to Director/Principal is also a key responsibility.
  • The successful candidate will work on data analysis of Quality activities in different Hospitals under our domain.
  • Additionally, they will develop a review timeline for pertinent quality of care issues.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and organizational information at all times, in line with Institute policy for records retention, is crucial for this role.

  • Able to cope with stress and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Capable of meeting deadlines and working efficiently.
  • Proficient knowledge of Quality Management/ISO/JCI accreditation process.
