Job Title: Technical and Non-Technical Recruiter (US Market)

Job Type: Full Time

Working Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT (Monday to Friday)

Job Description:

As a Technical and Non-Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing,

screening and placing qualified candidates for our clients across various technical and

non-technical roles. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with active &

passive candidates, assess their skills and qualifications, and ensure a seamless recruitment process

process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Source potential candidates through ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, and
  • networking.
  • Review and analyze resumes to determine candidate suitability for specific roles.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural
  • fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand the requisition.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including negotiating offers and facilitating onboarding procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.

Requirements:

  • Must have 2-3 years of experience as a full-time recruiter at a US-based recruiting firm.
  • Extensive experience with using ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn RPS, and Indeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with
  • candidates and clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to simultaneously manage
  • multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work evening hours to accommodate US time zones
