About the Role

We're working on next-generation automation agents that combine AI with mobile automation. At this stage, the focus is on building the AI Agent Core — turning research prototypes into reliable, structured, and reusable code. You'll work closely with a senior AI Research Engineer, supporting R&D by expanding agent capabilities and making them stable enough for future product integration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine Python modules for mobile automation agents.
  • Convert experimental scripts into structured, documented, and reusable code.
  • Implement multi-step navigation, input parsing, and structured outputs (JSON/CSV).
  • Add logging, error handling, and retries to improve reliability.
  • Work with tools such as ADB, Appium, Frida, MITMProxy, or similar.
  • Collaborate in an R&D-driven environment, documenting workflows for future scaling.
Must-Have Skills
  • 3+ years Python (OOP, async programming, modular design).
  • 1–2+ years mobile automation (ADB, Appium, or similar).
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with system-level tools/logs.
  • Experience writing clean, reliable, and well-tested Python code.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, experimental environments.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Exposure to Frida / MITMProxy (instrumentation, traffic interception).
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.) for parsing or automation logic.
  • Experience integrating AI model outputs into Python workflows.
  • Knowledge of reverse engineering or mobile security testing.
  • Linux command-line experience for running/debugging automation tools.
