Manager – Treasury Operations

HRCONSOL is hiring on behalf of a leading publicly listed engineering company in Pakistan for their Karachi Head office.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily operating cash flow positions and ensure liquidity for business operations.

· Develop, maintain, and optimize banking relationships with multiple financial institutions.

· Evaluate, negotiate, and manage banking products including long-term loans, term financing, running finance, and other treasury-related facilities.

· Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation regulations, and relevant IFRS standards.

· Prepare, review, and present monthly treasury schedules and reconciliations for management reporting and audit purposes.

· Provide proactive treasury solutions, risk management ideas, and cash optimization strategies.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth treasury operations and financial control.

· Leverage financial accounting systems (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent) for treasury reporting and automation.

· Contribute to continuous process improvements in treasury management.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar role within a large or listed organization.

· Strong understanding of banking products, financing instruments, and treasury operations.

· Proficiency in preparing and managing cash flow statements and forecasts.

· Solid knowledge of statutory and taxation laws, IFRS, and compliance requirements.

· Tech-savvy with hands-on working knowledge of Financial Accounting Systems (FAS) such as Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, etc.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

· Highly responsible, responsive, solution-driven, and a strong team player.

· Qualification: ACCA (Qualified/Finalist).

Salary Range: 200k-300k + other benefits
