Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, marketing materials, website assets, and packaging.
  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual content.
  • Design engaging UI/UX elements for websites and mobile applications.
  • Oversee the entire design process from brainstorming to final execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and deadlines.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative design techniques to enhance brand presence.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and branding.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in designing for e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive approach.
