Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Lahore. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires regular travel to client locations, diagnosing and resolving faults, and ensuring that excellent service standards are maintained.

Qualifications
  • Field Service and Troubleshooting skills
  • Technical Support and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
  • Experience in the Fin Tech or Banking industry is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
