Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Faisalabad. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with potential clients over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and converting leads into sales. The role also involves following up on client inquiries, providing detailed property information, and supporting the sales team by setting appointments and coordinating with other departments to ensure client needs are met.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Sales skills
• Experience in Training and mentoring new team members is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM and sales software
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
