  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities to drive sales and increase market share.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts, updates, and reports to the company management regularly.
  • Attend and participate in trade shows to promote our products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Implement and maintain high customer service standards within the sales team.
